Certification Process

1- Completion of the questionnaire form by the applicant organization to check the status and nature of the organization in order to estimate the consulting fee
2- Sending a price announcement letter or proforma invoice and signing a contract with the consulting company in order to go through the ISO certification process
3- Acquainting the consultant with the managers and holding a meeting to understand the importance and functioning of the ISO standard
4- Designing the requirements and documentation of the quality management system and developing an executive solution for deploying the considered system and clearly determining the responsibility of all responsible persons in the system
5- General training of ISO and quality management system to all personnel of the organization and implementation of the ISO system and requirements by all relevant units of the organization in order to comply with standards in order to obtain ISO certification.
6- Pre-audit to check the readiness of the organization
7- Selection of authority for issuing certification and concluding a contract
8- Determining the day of the audit with the help of the issuing authority to obtain the ISO certificate
9- Conducting an audit that is done in two stages.
If all steps of obtaining ISO are done correctly, ISO certificate will be issued for your collection; Otherwise, the auditor will inform you of the necessary steps to be on the right track. After ISO certification, your company will be audited annually to ensure that continuous improvement is being made and standards are being maintained. After obtaining the ISO certificate, this certificate is usually valid for 3 years and must be renewed every year after the inspection.
